It is not clear when ordering that you will have to return the item to the USA, which would cost around £38 tracked, they will try and say you can keep the item for a 30% refund which I am still waiting forAvoid like the plague

The company itself is based in America not UK. I ordered a prom dress and it was awful. Full house of glitter. I had an option to return in to China or America. I had to send it recorded delivery and with an extra return instructions which I have never experienced before. Return arrived a week later but no refund. Although girls on live chat were very nice( it took lots of time), it took over 6 weeks to receive the refund less postage cost to me and back to them. Not impressed .
Custom made my eye! Sent my daughters exact measurements for prom dress and she cannot even get it over her hips. Bust is far to small, zip at back wont go anywhere near closing and it's also 2 inches too short even after adding an extra few inches to length measurment to make sure. I have sent multiple photographs of the dress to the company showing the measurements and they keep saying they need more photos because I have apparently measured wrong. I have not measured wrong. I asked for more material so that I can have a panel added and length added but I was refused. Absolute joke of a company and shocking craftsmanship. Do not waste your money or time . Daughter is devastated
Ordered 2 dresses. Arrived in dry sealed packaging on a dry sunny day. Opened the packaging to find both dresses damp and smelling bad. Did an online chat and zapaka refused to pay the return cost and said they would refund the dresses when returned to them in good condition. Very difficult as they did not arrive in good condition. I explained the law states they are responsible for paying the return of goods in poor condition but they dont care. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company. They are disgusting
Please stay away from this company! I ordered a dress for my daughter from Zapaka for her prom. It was packed tight into a small bag. When we took out the dress, sequins and glitter were falling all over the floor! It looked badly made and fabric not of good quality. My daughter tried it on and more sequins were falling off and she had glitter on her face. It didn't fit so I was quite glad to send it back. However I sent an email straight away as they request that you have to do that before they accept your return. I received a reply to say that they could offer me a 100% coupon or I could keep the dress and get a refund of £40. I emailed back to say I wanted a full refund and I wanted to return the dress as keeping it was of no use to me. I did not get a reply for 2 days. This reply said I could return the dress but I would have to pay for shipping and they would have to charge handling and re-stocking fee. They again offered me 100% coupon or now a £45 refund if I decided to keep the dress. As it would cost me around £20 to return the dress and I wasn't sure how much they would charge for handling and re-stocking fee, I decided to cut my losses and accept the £45. However, that was 5 days ago. I have sent 2 emails and I have had no response! Hang on to your money people and go to a physical shop and try things on. Most things coming from China are not worth the stress and not up to quality. I didn't see the reviews until after I had problems and with a .co.uk website address I fell for it!
Stay away from this website, they shouldn’t be allowed to sell in UK. Poor quality and return policy is misleading.After contacting customer service, they sent an address in China as return address. You have to pay to return back to China at your cost. You will be lucky to get the refund. They insist giving coupons, who would buy from this scum website again? I would give 0 star if possible.
YOU CAN'T RETURN ITEMS - DO NOT BUYOn the 6th March I ordered a dress for a wedding, the dress said 3 to 8 days delivery- the dress finally arrived 4th April!! The quality of the material is cheap and nasty, threads are evident the sizing is incorrect. The dress was £90 - i contacted Zapaka to ask from the return process only to receive an email from Danika telling me they'd give me £8 and I could keep the dress! Leaving me £82 out of pocket for a dress that is cheap looking, nothing like the picture and arrived late!!I responded to say I want a full refund as is my right with faulty and unsuitable purchases. I have heard nothing since.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, PRODUCTS ARE SHOCKING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE NON EXISTENT
Zapak review I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Zapaka UK and feel compelled to share my ordeal.I placed an order for dresses and headpieces, gloves from Zapaka for a great Gatsby party and paid an additional fee for expedited delivery, expecting to receive my items quickly as I needed them for the important party. Despite this, the delivery was delayed by two and half weeks, which caused me a great deal of inconvenience. During this period, I emailed the customer service team, emphasising the urgency and the reason for needing the dresses promptly.Unfortunately, my emails were neither ignored or inadequately addressed, and the dresses arrived three weeks late. Given that the items were no longer needed, I returned the items promptly to the return UK address which was provided on the parcel and provided evidence of the postage return via a receipt. Despite this Zapaka refused to issue a refund. Their refusal to acknowledge the return and process a refund despite having received the items and proof of return, is unacceptable. Overall my experience with Zapaka has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.The delayed delivery, lack of effective communication, and refusal to process a refund of £167.60 + £22.00 for delivery, despite clear evidence are all serious issues that need to be addressed. I would advise potential customers to be wary of this company and their practices.Rating 1/5 O rating. Never got my refund back since March2024.ZAPAKA UK
