If I had the choice I wouldn't even give 1 star. This company are thieves. I had to return a dress in October as it was really big at the top and normal size everywhere else. When I requested a return I was offered a deal..Keep the dress and they'd refund a portion of the money. The dress was of no use to me so I asked for a full refund. I returned the dress( return postage was £14) and despite sending 8 emails I have not even had a response, never mind an refund. I paid £65 for the dress plus £14 for return postage..£79 altogether. Diabolical Customer Service.DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAPAKA!!!
Do NOT order anything from this company. The refund policy is only 7 days and very well hidden that you do t realise as every decent company gives a minimum of two weeks. I tried emailing them but they were absolutely no help, so now I’m stuck with a dress that goes not fit. ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY. I would give 0 starts if I could.
DO NOT USE this company!!!! I cannot reiterate enough - they do not supply the goods when purchased, apply a 120 hour refund window that is hidden from customers and completely ignore your rights as a customer. They are fake - do not make the same mistake I did. DO NOT USE!
Package arrived in 4 days from a UK address. The item did not fit and material was poor quality. I asked to return the product which I had numerous emails back trying to offer me 10% then 30% off the price if I kept the product. Which I refused I was then sent an address to send the product back which is in China. I had to pay the costs £31! I had emailed asking why I was sending a package to China that had clearly came from the UK. I have now been blocked from sending emails to their address. I don't expect a refund from the company but luckily I ordered it through Klarna so had only paid a small amount before I claimed a return with them. AVOID this company at all costs.
Ordered an item from Zapaka on 5th Feb 2024. Contacted them 13th Feb to arrange return of item which did not fit. Zapaka confirmed return address on 15th Feb (I had to pay EXPENSIVE return costs). Warehouse my order was shipped from in UK but return address in China?! Sent numerous follow up emails over the past 4 months asking when I will receive my refund. No response at all from Zapaka since 15th Feb when they confirmed I could return my item. Have now reported them due to awful service and withholding my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
I’ve bought and outfit from them and it doesn’t fit and the quality was so awful! Tried to email and call them and had no response for a refund. I have been mailing them for a week now and no response this is very disappointing I will never ever order from there again.
I am still waiting for a dress I ordered in April for my daughter’s prom , it’s been returned to sender. I’ve emailed numerous times asking for a full refund , I’ve just been offered 40% refund on a £140 dress, DO Not order from these cowboys. I have never dealt with such bad customer service . I want a full refund so i can purchase a dress from a legitimate company
Massive con- says Zapaka Uk but dress took 6-10 business days to arrive and was shipped from the United States and when did arrive no returns information. On asking how to return I have been advised I need to return to China and must pay the shipping costs!
I ordered a dress on the 26th April and paid for expedited delivery (3-8 days) after many emails the dress has arrived today 15th May. I no longer require the item . Their communication was polite but avoided dealing with the issue and stopped entirely once I sent themThe consumer Act .Hopeless company, will never use again
