Be carefull if you buy a dress from Zapaka. Their return policy is only 7 days from receipt of the order.Unfortunately the order is not delivered to your door, but to a mail box, so when i actually got the dress i had no longer time to return it.Normally a return policy should have a 30 days return possibility specially when you buy online and the order is shipped by regular mail
I would give zero stars if possible! I placed my order expecting it to be shipped within 7-14 days, as stated on the website. However, today marks the 15th day, and my order still hasn't been shipped. When I reached out to customer service, they told me it would "most probably" be shipped over the week—no certainty, no responsibility!I planned accordingly based on their timeframe, and now I’m left waiting with no resolution. When I requested a refund due to their failure to fulfill their commitment, they refused to take responsibility. If you value your money and time, stay away from this website!
Daylight Robbery! It is a shame they have such poor customer services and extreme, random charges as their dresses look lovely. But the first message I got (which went into my junk inbox, and is dodgy) was about my order being multiple dresses, I had bought 4 wedding dresses, and that they would charge me 30% of the whole order if I was to return them. It was very rude basically saying that trying on and returning is not allowed but they are an online retailer so I don’t understand how people are supposed to find a dress that’s suitable without this. Then when I replied saying that I was not happy with this abrupt and extreme charge as I am looking for my wedding dress and cannot be wasting money on nothing, they said that if I was to cancel the order, I would get NOTHING back. That’s no dresses and no money returned to me. I said how baffling this system of theirs was as if they sent me the dresses and I returned them I would at least get a partial refund but if they send no dresses I would be £500 down with nothing to show for it. They then tried to shut me up by just offering me a partial refund, which is half what I paid and is again a very random number which just makes me think they’re making it up as they go. Absolutely appalling service, I would give it a miss despite how lovely the dresses look.
I’m still waiting for a item that was apparently shipped out to me Oct 30.Ive contacted them numerous times,Live Chat obviously as you can’t speak to a human.They keep sending me tracking/transfer numbers yet when I contact Evri the numbers are invalid.The item I ordered was £144 which to me is a lot of money to lose.Im at the end of my tether.Incompetent Company.Steer well clear especially if you’re considering ordering for a wedding as you won’t receive the items in time.
