JSK News Great Guildford st would not give me my parcel on Saturday 17th August as your systems were down. I could not return to collect my parcel until 23rd Aug (my parcel arrived at JSK on 15th Aug). He shouted at me in the store and would not give me my second parcel. He said that the first parcel had gone back to sender who was on holiday. She has just confirmed the tracking shows the parcel shows no update. We are wondering if the store is illegally disposing of parcels after 7 days knowing customers have paid for these items. This is really serious! Please contact JSK News and ask what he is doing with parcels after 7 days. It’s a disgrace and his aggressiveness is not acceptable. Collect plus need to act and remove this vendor from being a collect plus point. 7 days in the summer holidays to collect a parcel and to be dishonest is what is more concerning it explains his conduct.I cannot recommend collect plus because of this experience. It has left both the seller and I completely at a loss at what to do and I will not return to his shop after his conduct. Utterly unacceptable.
Took two perfect draft boxes to the collect+ point at Esso Carronside in Falkirk to drop off for collection. I was greeted by a staff member who huffed and puffed when noticing I was carrying two boxes. When I was eventually served, the shopkeeper once again made it very obvious that she wasn’t happy with what I was returning. I asked the shopkeeper if this was a hassle, to which she lifted up a bag from underneath the counter and said “it’s because your boxes take up too much room”. I replied saying “sorry I wasn’t aware of this” and that I would go elsewhere in future, to which the shopkeeper responded “you should only be bringing one box”. I was then met with more attitude when the labels I had printed were apparently too big to scan, the shopkeeper again showing her displeasure. With a queue behind me I received my receipts and walked out embarrassed with how I was treated at the till. It’s something I shouldn’t expect when using the collect+ service to return items. Manners don’t cost anything. A similar experience happened to me well over a year ago in the same shop, however at the time I put it down to the shopkeeper having bad day. However, there is clearly an issue with the customer service as a whole. I am now left feeling that I won’t use this service ever again if this is the customer service on offer.
There are two stores on Canvey Island and both reject parcels regularly. BP on Long Road is our closest and I have had three parcels rejected in the last two months. I have made complaints to Collect+, BP, MFG (who own the site) and Yodel themselves and yet the store still has Collect+. I am not going to bother with Collect+ from now on because the + just stands for added stress.
I had the worst experience with collect+. In PointShop 31216228 didn’t work machine, so they can’t scan my parcel barcode since 15.04.2024. I visited that shopPoint 12 times, left lots of complaints, but collect+ didn’t solve the problem with their equipment at shop agent id 31216228 (79 Queen street) during 3 weeks!!! Sometimes I think that I live not in high developed UK, but somewhere in Africa because of so lower level of providing quality of Collect+
I just walked carrying a parcel of 7kg to my nearest drop off shop only to be greeted with no we dont take large parcels. The buyer bought and paid for postage to which I packed everything well and printed the label. I had to fight my case to have it accepted which was unacceptable. It is not a customer issue if you provide a location but do not stipulate what can and can't be accepted otherwise they should be accepting all sizes and your website should advise thisvon each location offered . I am now concerned the parcel will not proceed as on my receipt print it says failed parcel ? Why has the shop done this . I'm not happy at all and if this parcel is not delivered I will be removing the service from my site options completely and explaining on my account why it's not available. Reply to supplier update The postage was bought by the buyer on vinted you will need to ask them what they bought .
No problem with the Collect Plus service itself.. But left feeling embarrassed and annoyed by staff member who served me at Esso, Tollgate Lane, Bury St Edmunds. Took one parcel from me and generated the label, asked for second parcel from me and generated second label. Printed both labels and them slapped them on the parcels. When I queried to check if right labels were on correct parcels, she became quite off with me and rude saying I should have checked. I had checked and was assuming that one label would be printed the attached to the parcel, followed by second label being printed and attached to second parcel. Hoping right labels attached to correct parcels, and was told by staff member that it was basically tough if I'd got it wrong because can't change it. Left store past queue of people behind me feeling very embarrassed.

Collect+ is all about the instore experience, we no longer provide end to end parcel services. We are now the entry and exit point for parcels and all queries or comments regarding your parcel journey should be directed to the carrier in the first instance please.
Last year PayPoint acquired Yodel’s 50% stake in Collect+ making it the sole owner of the UK’s largest parcel shop network working with a range of partners: Amazon, DHL, eBay, FedEx, Parcel2Go and Yodel. The Collect+ brand is going through some operational changes which will be of benefit to our customers and our retailers. Any parcel queries from before 1 October 2020 should be referred to Yodel.
The Collect+ store network is made up of 10,000 newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance that a Collect+ Point is nearby. The majority of Collect+ Points are open 7-days a week, early ’til late, so collecting and sending parcels is easy and convenient.See more
