Need Skodas help with Marshalls Skoda Milton Keynes. Marshall Skoda Milton Keynes called my car in for an update. Since then I have not been able to charge my car overnight. I have made numerous calls and emails but the Aftersales Manager is not responding nor managing my issue. The issue caused by their update. Very frustrating, costly and poor, poor service. Previously have turned up for work booked in, booked a loan car, loan car not available after a 3 month wait for appointment. No advance notice they just tell you when you have made the journey. Parking awful. Finding your car after a visit in the many hundreds on site is tricky. Will never buy a Skoda again based on my experience with Marshalls Milton Keynes
5 star amazing experience! Thanks to Asif!My car was delivered on the exact date I was given as an estimate. The whole experience was absolutely incredible! Worth every penny! Asif is the heart and soul of Škoda!Upon collection of the car we were given an ultimate delivery experience as well as fuel as an extra.Asif was very kind and even bought me and my son a can of red bull. Definitely deserves a promotion!
Rust around both number plate lights on a Fabia 66 plate. Wife took car to Skoda Helston and without even removing the lights to inspect wife was told someone must have damaged paint. Many similar cases on -line …it is a known manufacturing issue with the Fabia mk4. 18 months later after involving the ombudsman, new tailgate funded by Skoda and we collected the car today. Expect a battle with any rust warranty issue. Poor show Skoda Helston. Thank you motor ombudsman. Thank you Skoda UK for eventually sorting this but really, if you want a loyal customer base this isn’t the way to go about it.
The dealership isn’t to be trusted at all! I purchased a car from them to be delivered. The car was delivered, with a scratch on it and dirty inside! We were promised 2 years service, 2 years MOT, 12 months breakdown cover and none of the above was fulfilled. I am now in a dispute with them through the complaints process and they are failing to respond to any messages and have just left us in limbo land! They cancel the tax on the car before they sold it which meant that it was driven to me uninsured and remained uninsured whiles parked outside my house because there’s no tax on it!Disgusting service!
The day my husband and I walked in Skoda York store we felt overwhelmed how beautiful and clean the areas were, it felt extremely welcoming. We was looking to buy a Skoda Kodiak 7 Seater we new exactly what we wanted. This Young man called Darrian came round the corner introduced himself, invited us to sit down offered drinks, we then felt at ease. He spent hours with us, we were throwing questions at him and he answered with full confidence. All through the buying, the phone calls the emails he was patient, calm, reassured us in every way. I suffer with anxiety sometimes it gets the better of me but Darrian was absolutely spot on helpful and always there on the other end of phone email and in person. The sales and buying has gone so smoothly and now i have the most beautiful car i could not ask for anything else superb customer skills. He has only been with company 3 months i was so shocked his knowledge of Skoda cars his sales was also listening to us the customers what we wanted excellent
Awful experienceThe customer service was horrendous at Skoda Croydon trying to get through on the phone was a joke many times I called ringing for more than half an hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone. My car needed a part which was nearly £1000 which took ages to come in, I was without my car for over 3 weeks in all and not offered a curtesy car. When I did finally pick the car up my bill was nearly £3000 at that price they could have at least cleaned the car it was filthy sitting in their carpark all that time.I was going to buy my daughter a skoda and with this awful service I am now thinking of going elsewhere. I had no choice but to go to skoda as no other garages was allowed to buy the part I needed and skoda croydon was my local garage. If I need any future work done to my car I will go to Bromley and hopefully they will b better mind u they can't b any worse. Not a happy customer 😒Date 3 January 2025
Terrible service I have been a customer at Skoda for the past 8 years and never had a bad experience before. However the service I was given at Warrington lightcliffe Skoda was the worst service I have ever received from any company. I paid for diagnostics tests, but the information about what I wanted the mechanic to look at was not passed on 3 different occasions. I was then charged for an additional hours diagnostic service, despite the fact the mechanic did not even look at the part I advised was faulty in the first hour. This information about what needed looking at was clearly not passed onto the mechanic by the front of house team. It took an AA mechanic and a different independent garage less than an hour to diagnose the fault, so it is surprising that Skoda were unable to find the fault in 2 hours. I made a complaint and then suddenly the diagnostics were completed.Skoda then refused to confirm that they would stand by their work if I went ahead with the repair they completed. They charged me for bulbs without informing me of the price or obtaining my consent for the price of the bulbs- they simply added this cost to my invoice without my consent. When I queried the invoice, instead of explaining the invoice, I got rudeness from the customer service liaison. The customer service employee was rude to me throughout, even before I had any issues.I did not want to leave a public review, as I believe it is fair to give companies opportunity to respond to any issues and rectify them, but I have made a complaint to customer services but 2 weeks later I have not received a response.I did not expect such poor service. I did not expect to be treated so rudely throughout my experience. All I can recommend is for everyone to avoid Skoda Warrington Lightcliffe at all costs. They rip you off, they are incompetent, will not stand by their work and will be disrespectful and rude to you throughout your dealings with them.
Due to issues with my Skoda’s gearbox I was issued a goodwill voucher of £400 from Skoda UK. I collected the car from the retailer on the agreement that I would be later refounded £400. This was in January 2025 and I am still waiting on the money. As a customer, I have never witnessed this level of incompetence. As a result, I will sell my car.
Skoda Enyaq IVService Reporting lacks content regarding main the main systems MEB battery and motor insulation checks, etc. Please be aware this is not a negative on the service centre team involved. It is for the higher up Skoda engineering function to incorprate these observations....I received the service centre report and my expectation on its content was low as it does not clearly support the health status of the EV main drive systems etc...I asked about this lack of info and format of the SKODA service report that does not include this data that one would expect A blank look was the response.I emphasised my concern and service rep found out that readings are taken though not actually recorded on service sheet!!Key components inspection and test readings and status expected as part of an EV service report to include:-The MEB battery pack, The two electric motor(s), The main battery and power electronics, The charging system, The thermal management system, and The Regenerative braking system. These systems, combined, play an essential and fundamental role in the vehicle’s operation and safety. So for battery on the service sheet report it shows- Battery. Only response visible is a tick in the OK box!!Which battery?? as there are two.. 1 x main power and 1 x ancillary function.I am stating the obvious here that the fundamentals as listed above ought to be detailed on / in the service sheet report independently and supporting readings recorded, i.e. Ohms, Insulation, Continuity, Power loss, temps, braking function etc etc, such as 'expected readings' against 'actual readings'?This I expect very near future reporting with this info included will require SKODA main business engineering function to stand up and take a look, ensuring service reports adequately fully indicate health and condition of the EV main power battery, cooling and braking systems to the Customer as part of the thru life record for the vehicle and paying customer.
