NOT what it seems. This is a chinese company. There are no instructions only a youtube. They don't have local installers, they send someone from another state that has never installed a sauna before....

Great product and impeccable customer service

Our phone stopped communicating with the sauna to turn it on although we could still turn it on manually but the wifi feature is great to do that.
